We know that once you have placed your order, you can not wait for delivery! At czechbeads.info, our despatch department are very proud of their speed and efficiency. Your order will be processed and despatched as soon as possible after receiving payment. Credit Card payments generally take two or three days to come through the banking system while cheques can take a little longer to clear. Items in stock will be processed within 3 days. Items out of stock will be processed within 7 days. For custom made orders, we will contact you via email with the delivery date.
Sometimes there are delays beyond our control - we will email you if we think that your order won not be sent within that 7 day period. You can check your Customer Account at any time to see when your order was sent by logging in to our Shopping Cart system.

Most orders are received by our customers within 7 days (usually sooner). Should there be any delay we will contact you by email. You can check on your Customer Account to see when your order was shipped.

Returns
We do not accept refunds. Defective products due to damage during mailing will be replaced with the same or similar items. Repairing of items that are damaged due to wear-and-tear, and/or mis-use by the buyer will be charged material and transportation cost.
As your jewellery is a delicate item, please do not wash or sleep with them.
